Our full schedule is still in the works — but expect both morning and evening classes m-f and morning and afternoon s+s to fit into your routine. Once we officially launch, we’ll release the full timetable.

At Petal, Pilates is more than exercise. It’s a thoughtfully curated boutique experience where strength meets softness, where each class sharpens the mind while strengthening the body. The Petal Method is about devotion to self, guiding you to move with purpose and intention.

Not at all! Petal is beginner-friendly. We’ll guide you through each step, and our instructors meet you where you are.

As long as you have clearance from your doctor, you’re welcome in our group classes. If you’d like to focus on specific needs, we recommend starting with private sessions.

A reformer Pilates class will involve a series of exercises that focus on core strength, flexibility, and balance. The reformer is a specialized machine with springs, straps, and a moving carriage to create resistance. Expect exercises that strengthen your core, improve posture, and build long, lean muscles, all while focusing on control, alignment, and breath. Classes are beginner-friendly, with options to modify or progress as you go.

Yes, Pilates can be very effective at relieving back pain by improving posture, strengthening core muscles, and increasing flexibility and mobility. Pilates helps support the spine and reduce strain on the back. We always recommend checking with your doctor before starting if you’re recovering from an injury.

Yes. Privates are great if you’re working through an injury, want extra attention, or prefer one-on-one training.
